History

Edwards Group (Edwards) manufactures natural air grain drying equipment, aeration fans and low temperature heaters for grain storage management as well as livestock waterers under the Grain Guard, Keho and Edwards brand names. Established in 1991, Edwards was acquired in 2005 by Ag Growth International (AGI) (TSX: AFN), a leading manufacturer of portable and stationary grain handling, storage and conditioning equipment.
